WhoDaresWins debut single “Hero” will come out worldwide on July 11 and will be available on all major streaming platforms. It’s written and produced by WhoDaresWins and Tom Tikka. The song’s accompanied by a magical, music video, filmed on site in Mini Hollywood, Almeria, Spain where Clint Eastwood made the legendary Spaghetti Western “The Good the Bad And The Ugly” The music video is scripted by Elina Suominen and filmed/edited by Tuomas Palola.
Who Dares Wins was formed in 2024 and includes two old friends, Will Jack and John Haddrell who were both the main creative force behind a rather successful rock band some twenty-five years ago.
Nearly a quarter of a century later, the dynamic duo of Jack and Haddrell are back together thanks to a chance meeting out on the town. This time they’ve joined forces with Will’s son Willie, a guitar ace formerly of Dr Zee & WILLJACK and Tom Tikka, an award winning, Sony/BMG and WATANABE songwriter.
WILLJACK’s biggest hit “Overnight Sensation” climbed to #3 on the Canadian Rock Chart. It's a hard act to follow but the young guitar hero is confident about the new group. “Every great band assembles a great team around them”, says Willie, “the music video has already received rave reviews so check it out and you’ll
see why we are so confident that we’re bringing something special to the table”.
John Haddrell, original founding member of the first group from over twenty-five years ago explains:
